A standard playing card deck contains 52 cards and there are 52 weeks in a year.
The deck is divided into 4 suits and there are 4 seasons in a year
Each suit contains 13 cards and there are approximately 13 weeks in each season
There are 12 court cards in the deck (Jack, Queen, King x 4 suits) and there are 12 months in a year.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Learn how the colours within a deck can speak, revealing the flow of energy in a situation—whether it is moving forward, experiencing a temporary pause, becoming stagnant, or showing where change may be needed.
Explore the energy of numbers and suits, and how they reflect the development, influences and direction of a situation.
Discover how individual cards begin to speak when placed together, and learn how to combine cards into three-card readings that reveal a clear story—connecting what has happened, what is happening now, and where the energy is leading.
Be able to read meaningful 3 card spreads and also you will be creating your own.
By the end of this workshop, you will have the foundation to pick up any standard deck and offer a straightforward, insightful reading
